Your data

There is no account, and no server of ours. What you log lives on your phone and syncs through your private iCloud, which we cannot read.

Export a CSV any time from Data. It contains your food, your weigh-ins and your water, and Sigma can import the same file back. That's the test of whether it's really yours.

Health export is off by default. Turn it on and Sigma mirrors calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and water into Apple Health so your other apps can see them. Turning it off offers to remove everything Sigma wrote.

Searching for a food sends the words you type to USDA and Open Food Facts, because that's what a lookup is. Nothing about you goes with it.

Wipe everything from Data. It does what it says.
